What time is check-in?

To allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation between guests we offer a strict 3 pm check-in. As we take pride in delivering an exceptional service we need to afford the time to prepare your cottage. There may be occasions where an earlier check-in could be possible, please request in advance to check both availability and any supplement payable.

What time is check-out?

We politely request that our guests have checked out by 10 am. There may be occasions where a later check-out may be possible, please request in advance to check both availability and any supplement payable.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, but in the interest of hygiene and for those guests sensitive to allergies we have a strict no pets policy.

Can I smoke in the cottage?

Due to both insurance and health reasons, we have a strict no-smoking policy but allow for vaping strictly limited to external areas.

Do you allow hen or stag parties?

From previous negative experiences and the potential inconvenience to other guests we aren’t able to accommodate hen or stag parties.

Do your offer free parking?

Each cottage has adequate free parking equal to the number of guest bedrooms. Parking is for non-commercial vehicles, if you have a larger-than-average vehicle then please contact us in advance.

Can I charge my electric car?

Sorry, due to the ongoing increases in energy prices we aren’t able to accommodate car charging within our room rate. Plugging in your vehicle via your own lead is prohibited.
